Bock Services was highly recommended to us by a friend. They replaced our a/c and heating systems last year at a remarkably lower cost than quoted by 2 other companies I contacted, including the company who had done my maintenance for years. Levi installed our entire system quickly and professionally. He has since done our Fall and Spring maintenance, which was included in the purchase price, He is always on time and has done an outstanding job every time! Nikki in the front office is super friendly and efficient and also always does a great job! We are very impressed with this company, and their employees. The Goodman system they installed is very efficient has kept us cool/warm during the harshest weather, and my electric bill has remained low. We are so happy to have found Bock!

I have had Bock work on several of my units and I was always happy with the service.

Tech came and quickly diagnosed issue with system and replaced part. Ran other diagnostics and found no other issues. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Patrick Pisana

Had intermittent glitch in control wiring they found the problem and made the repair.

Bock services has been servicing my a/c for over 15 years. Recently my heat pump system broke down. Bock diagnosed the problem and repaired it the same day. This company is very good at what they do! Highly recommend Bock Services to everyone!

I love them. They are always friendly and helpful, teach me things I need to know. Garrett came out yesterday, my unit wasn't working. In August. I was so afraid it would be expensive, but it was only a wire. They always try to save you from spending money unnecessarily. So happy. I will call them every time

On July 30 my air conditioner stopped working. Called Bock on Saturday, July 31, and Steve came out and determined, after multiple tests, that the unit was going to have to be replaced (it was over 20 years old so I was expecting that was going to happen soon :( Anyway, they were able to fit me in the next Monday. Garrett, Gavin and Mike were on the job. They got the entire system completed and were very helpful in answering all my questions. Sonora and Erin in the office are also helpful in scheduling and explaining any question you may have.. Bock also came out to do a quality check for me since I was concerned about the thermostat being off from what I set it to the next day. They sent Levi out to check, and he immediately diagnosed that three of my ducts were messed up, one was leaking air because it wasn’t completely fastened dow/closed, and two were smashed flat. They were able to come out and help me on a day so I didn’t have to take off work. Everyone was very professional, and I felt relieved to have found them. I am thankful for how quickly they were able to work me in for the HVAC installation and the duct work. Will use them again for any issues. Sincerely, Kathleen Hickey

AC blower went out Saturday evening. They are 24 hour and managed to get a tech to my house Sunday. Guy told me blower motor died, but would have to wait until Monday to get the part. Office called me Monday to tell me part was available and they could come out the next morning to install. I asked what new system would cost as the blower was not cheap. For a few thousand more I could get a new system. Guys show up and get the job done in about 8 hours. (They need to take breaks because my system is in the attic, so I don't blame them. 99 degree high that day) The real star was the quality control manager Steve. Came out 2 hours after they left to check the system. It wasn't blowing very cold given it had been 87 in the house and was only down to 83. He added refrigerant and it started blowing colder. But the fan speed seemed low. That same man came out 6 AM the next morning and adjusted the fan and added insulation to the condenser so that I could still leave for work on time. His level of caring that the system was working correctly is why I give them 5 stars.

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. My AC has been working perfect since. Thank you so much. I will be using them again

Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.

I purchased a Groupon for Bock. Happy i did, Levi was courteous and professional. We had a part that needed replacing and it was quickly repaired. I will definitely call them in the future. Thank you Bock and Levi 👍

Levi, service technician, cleaned clogged drains and installed a pump to reroute overflow drainage to prevent clogging in the future. He explained all the work, gave me an estimate for the cost before completing the work. He was thorough and worked efficiently to insure the job was cost effective. I give this company a very high rating of 5 stars and will call them for any future HVAC Work needed at my residence

My AC thermometer was alarming me when I got home from work that something was wrong with my unit. It is a weekend and of course, extremely hot! I called them as they said they could could come out and see what was was wrong. I expected a weekend expense but they were so wonderful...didn’t over charge me and fixed my ac affordably. Very grateful! They are honest and helpful and affordable!!♥️
