This review is for Automotive work done there. Mike the mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous to deal with. He went above and beyond what was needed and the price was most competitive. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this company and Mike for your automotive needs. He services anything you need. I will definitely use him for all of my automotive needs. What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. I loved that he showed me what to look for so I wouldn't have another issue. I will definitely be using Bock again.

My mom has cancer and we came home from a radiation treatment and the air conditioner was not working. I called the people that my parents have use for years and they said it would be 5 days before they MIGHT be able to come out. We called Bock services and they were here within a few hours. Levi was so kind and professional! This is my new company to call for Air Conditioner repairs. Thank You so much for the great service and quick response to a bad situation for me and my family!

Just had my A/C serviced by Bock and can't say enough good things. Their tech, Keevious, was very professional and took the time to explain things and show us additional products to help eliminate allergens out of our air. We have used Bock Services for years and are always happy with their service.

I can't say enough about them. They were on time and very personable with us. We needed a new system and some duct work fixed and they done it all on one day. They kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. Highly recommend. So glad we chose them!

Prompt service! My heater went out on the coldest night of the year! Bock sent a tech out they diagnosed the problem and had a new unit out and installed the next day. No mess was left. I am so happy with the service and I would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent customer service! They get someone to you asap. Even in peak heat conditions, I never had to wait more than a couple of hours! They have reasonabe prices and got my unit fixed quickly. We greatly appreciate getting us up and running as quickly as they did and preventing us from a hotel stay.

Levi came out after I purchased a Groupon for a yearly maintenance and tune up. I also let him know that in the previous few days the AC had been turning off in the middle of the night. He checked everything out and let me know the system was 2 lbs low on refrigerant. He indicated there was a small leak in the evaporator coil, but as the unit is already 9 years old he didn’t feel it would be cost effective to repair it. He felt that topping off with refrigerant every year we could probably get another few years out of the system before completely replacing. I appreciate his honesty about it not being worth the money spent to repair, when typically AC units only last 12-14 years anyway. Also, he gave a very fair price on the refrigerant. That night the AC unit still turned itself off. I called back and he returned free of charge the next day to discover that the thermostat is faulty and needs replacing. He offered an estimate on the thermostat, but was not put off by me voicing that I would like to install a smart thermostat instead.

I just have a new home Air Conditioning unit install by Hector Michael and Mike...They got here at 745 am and at 12:15 they completed the job.....They are very professional...They answered all my question.They worked non stop to get the job done....Iam very very happy with them....I would recommend them to anybody that needs Ac service....5 stars all the way.

I called Bock the first thing in the morning to have my ac replaced. Levi came out and gave me an estimate and I had a new system installed by 5:00 in the same day. Their communication is top of the line. They confirm your appointments and attach a picture of who to expect at your door. This company is first class.

Levi is fast and friendly. He explained everything to me and even checked my 2nd unit before he left.

My family has used Bock for 25 years. Steve has always been upfront and honest about all costs, including parts and labor. Levi and Stormie recently replaced our entire unit inside and out and they arrived on time and completed the job as promised. Steve came by after the unit was installed to make sure we were highly satisfied. If you want a job done right and someone who stands behind his work, you should check them out.
