Mr. H. called when his AC system stopped cooling. We found a leak in his evaporator coil which caused the refrigerant to escape. We recommended replacing the coil but due to the age and restrictive size, we recommended a new furnace with it as well. Now, Mr. H. has all new inside equipment and has a 10 year warranty. We did notice that the filter was packed and needed to be replaced. We recommended that the customer change their filter more often. We also recommend looking into air purification for the home.
