Comment: Steve worked diligently for a couple days even after hours tracking down a system for us and had his tech come out the very next morning to get it installed. I\'m disabled and heat can be a life or death situation for me so literally ya\'ll were a life saver!! The tech was the best very knowledgeable and very detailed. Gave us a very reasonable price too! Wouldn\'t hesitate using them if you have a chance! Thanks again guys!

Came right out after Church today on Sunday and fixed our problem and on top of that gave us senior discount we didn’t know existed. Praise The Lord. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman.

They were nice, quick, and fair. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff and just told me what was necessary.

Steve did a great job helping fix my AC problems. He was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and really saved the day for our family on such short notice. I’ll definitely be recommending his services to someone going forward if needed.

Russell and RV showed up to replace my evaporator core Very pleasant people to deal with took more time explaining everything than any other air-conditioning company got the work done quick I’m very satisfied and I wanna thank Steve the owner very much!

Totally excellent and professional experience

We didn’t know how to treat real wood floors and it showed after living in our home for 7 years, our floors had scratches and discovering in several places. We call the floor Dr. and he did such an amazing job on our upstairs that we had him go ahead and do our downstairs too. We are selling our home and we’ll get a better price with the excellent job he and his son did. Thank you gentlemen for all your hard work. Also, he was very reasonably priced.

What a fantastic company! Our A/C compressor wouldn’t come on 2 days before Christmas and it was 80 degrees outside. We were going to host Christmas with about 25 people at our house. I actually got a next day appointment with Bock and they were at my house by 8:15am. Steve, my technician, was friendly, honest, diligent and worked quickly to fix the problem. And it was very affordable! Best experience with any service company ever. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Book is now programmed in my phone as the only HVAC company I need to call. Had service done on my unit. They were quick to respond and worked with my scheduling conflicts. Levi was very professional and figured out the issues with my unit real fast. Definitely plan on calling again for my regular maintenance needs. Update: They came and saved the day again. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, and got my system running in minutes. The electronic part he needed to replace, he didnt have on hand, but was able to get one the very next day. He put a temporary part in, and had the house cooling for the night. I can't begin to thank them enough.

Issue with one of my units…that time of year! Steve came out and diagnosed my issue, had it taken care of quickly! Bock installed my units when the house was built in 2001. Been using them ever since. Always a great experience!
