Polite and good service

Dealing with Trinity we had a tech come out after hours to say that he had never seen the system with the pressure's that it had and had to ask his boss. I called back the next day to talk to the boss or someone with some knowledge and they still had now idea. I contacted Bock Services llc, and Robert Perkins came to check out my system. He determined I had compressor failure. No big deal right I ask him is that normal for a five year old system, he said absolutely not. he asked if it ran continuously, I told him yes it never shuts off. Come to find out when Trinity installed it five years ago it was the wrong size unit for my house. I got the the right size unit installed at a awesome price, that couldn't be beat. Best experience with a ac tech I've ever had. And had no problem with answering questions and concerns as they arised. My system has kept my house at a constant 72° in 103° weather with only running for 5-10 minutes I cant wait to see my bill go down. I would definitely recommend this company for the professional and timely response time.. further more I would suggest to any customer to ask for tech Robert Perkins for honest answers and professional opinion. We highly recommend Bock A/C in Burleson. Steve, who is the owner, was a great guy to work with. He gave us really great prices and he gave us options about our situation. Steve answered all of our questions and was very patient and courteous with us. In the end, we saved a considerable amount of money, got a great new system and his installers were wonderful. We're glad we met Steve, and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace repair their A/C system.

I am so impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism that I have received from this company. I called after hours and expected to have to wait until the next business day to get assistance with my unit, but when made aware that my grandmother had medical issues, they had a technician at my home within the hour and had the unit working perfectly. Absolutely satisfied. From the moment of my initial inquiry about A/C service, Mark answered the phone in a pleasant voice with an attitude that "we can help." The next morning according to schedule Leo arrived do what so often you no longer experience in service reps - customer service. Leo helped us make the right choice for our home and then proceeded to educate us in the efficient use of the equipment. It was great since my wife and I know nothing about electronics or how they work. As senior citizens that is very important to us. 9/14/16

My a/c was not working and I got very good customer service from Bock. Job was done right. Steve came out the first days and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and also followed frequently. Next day Christopher came to replace the the faulty parts and was very professional and helpful. They quickly completed the job and confirmed it was all working. I would highly recommend these guys.

Bock changed out our A/C system. We had a system that was too large for our house, and they could have gotten an easy up sell, but showed us what we need and did a great job. They saved us a few hundred that day, and our electric bill was cutt in half.

I Prefer this company over my home warranty contractor, I really wish that my home warranty folks would drop the contractor that they use and allow me to choose Bock instead.
