My mom has cancer and we came home from a radiation treatment and the air conditioner was not working. I called the people that my parents have use for years and they said it would be 5 days before they MIGHT be able to come out. We called Bock services and they were here within a few hours. Levi was so kind and professional! This is my new company to call for Air Conditioner repairs. Thank You so much for the great service and quick response to a bad situation for me and my family!

Same day call and service in the evening hours! Jheovanny (Jeo) corrected a previously misdiagnosed A/C unit problem (from a different company) with prices that were reasonable service that was quick! Will be using this company in the future for both rental properties and primary resident. Another great business in Burleson!

I called Bock Thursday of last week late in the afternoon because my unit was frozen over and not working. They had a technician to my house within the hour. I was told that the unit could be repaired, but they also gave me the option to replace it. The owner of the company (Steve Moon) called me and informed me about the new laws involving R22. He said that he recommended a new unit due to the new laws that are going into effect next year, but had no problem fixing the unit if we were not ready to replace it. I appreciate that the company did not push me to completely replace the unit. I called three other companies for a second opinion and they all immediately wanted me to replace my unit. I am grateful that Bock was willing to give me all of my options and be completely honest about the entire process. The technicians were extremely friendly and took pride in the work that they were doing. While they were at my home, not only did they fix my unit, they also took the time to service my other two units. Thank you Bock for going the extra mile!

Great service, friendly and professional. Central heating system went out and they were able to replace it with a new unit the next day. Eric and Levi were courteous and tolerant of my two small, barking dogs. Thanks to them, Steve and the two very nice ladies in the office!

Excellent customer service and communication. A text was sent out when tech was on his way and you can track and see a pic of him ahead of time. Levi was very helpful and thorough. He was not pushy on making us do repairs. He gave great recommendations and timeline when we need to start repairs. By far the best AC company we have used. With this time being so busy they were able to get us in right away. thank you for the excellent service.

I needed a tune up asap,they made it happen can't remember the lady's name scheduling ,she was awesome great customer service !They we're prompt and Jhovonni listened to my questions and explained everything...they and up for bad experience with another company !!!

David Selman at Bock came out to perform a pre-summer check on my 2 AC units. One needed a lot of work. He was Godly, kind and offered me the best deal and sound advice I've ever received. Am disabled and on limited income and I am so grateful to him. Lisa Wright helped me like a true Angel. Tommy Alcom and Jheovany Aguiliar are the best of the best technicians, went above and beyond in my repairs, prayed over my health, cleaned up after themselves as I couldn't and were just awesome. They perform beyond expectations, follow up closely, do whatever it takes to solve your personal A/C issues at the most competitive cost. Please reward these folks, thank them for me. I'll never use another company. The Owner is kind, credible and generous and prides herself on delivering above excellence and expectations.

Levi is always professional and very efficient. I appreciste the work he has always done. This is the fourth time he's been at my house.

2/12/2018 I woke up Sunday morning to a house that was 50 degrees on a day when it was sleeting outside. I called my home warranty people, and they connected me to Bock Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Lisa, with Bock Air called me first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for her guy to come fix the problem. He arrived EXACTLY when she said he would, and took care of the issue quickly. When a slight billing error occurred, Lisa was able to get it fixed quickly without hesitation. I’m very pleased with their service, and plan to use them in the future for my HVAC needs
