BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Administrators are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. Levi Chase was the technician for my recent install of new HVAC system, replacing the old unit. Levi was very clear in giving me the options for product and warranties. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. His crew were worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Called them and they were out with in 3 hours. Found the issue within 15 min and had it fixed within an hour. Very professional and reasonable service. I will definitely use them again for any A/c or HVAC work.

I highly recommend Bock. My home warranty company gave me the complete run-around, but Lisa and Felicia at Bock were amazing and so helpful. They called the warranty company several times and never dropped the ball. They were polite, courteous, knowledgeable - and they always called me back when they said they would. My service technician Jheavany also did an fantastic job. He answered my questions, worked hard and left everything clean and in good working order. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Levi was very professional and up front with pricing for parts and labor. I would definitely recommend Bock A/C services.

Levi came out, was exactly on time and confirmed my suspicion what was wrong. Very informative, explained differnt options, due to having and 11 year old system that takes r-22 freon. Quoted new pricing for a unit, and a quote to fix the issue. Highly recommend this service. We used them before 2 times, and not one time did the try to sell us anything not needed. Bock Heating & Air Conditioning Service quickly replaced my entire furnace and outside unit at a very competitive price. And when I had a problem with my unit, Bock was there within 30 minutes to make the necessary repair. Bock will get all my HVAC business in the future.
