We've been using Bock AC for several years. They are a good company with professional staff and reasonable pricing. They are also very responsive. Eric recently came and got our AC back to where it needed to be. He is very nice and really knows his stuff. Nikki in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I call to make an appointment. Their staff treats customers as they should be treated. It can be hard to find companies like this, so we really appreciate them!

Called this guy to fix our AC on a Saturday Within 3 hrs he diagnosed and repaired a burned out motor and inspected my other unit on the other side of the house at no additional cost. Awesome!

Leo was my technician and he was amazing. They got out to the house quickly and were very respectful. He explained everything that was going on and made sure that I understood my options. They got my a/c fixed in a timely manner for a great price. I definitely recommend Bock for great custoner service and work.

Lisa at Bock was extremely helpful. She tried to help out with my home warranty company. The home warranty company was worthless (CHOICE HOME WARRANTY). We purchased a 4 ton Lennox unit from them and couldn't be happier with the install crew and office crew.

Very quick, informed & reliable! After a questionable encounter with a different a.c. company the problem was diagnosed and replacement unit was ordered & it was even suggested I get a new thermostat so they could install it. Issac & Cody were amazing with the install and cleaned up everything! Will definitely be working with them again for any further issues.

Best AC company in town. They were so quick to come out when my air conditioning broke in the middle of summer. Their technician David was so professional and courteous. Highly recommend them . Will definitely use them for future repairs.

This is the 3rd time we have used Bock. The first time was in 2012. The install with the complete new system was professional and the people were awesome to deal with. We had a problem 2 summers ago in triple digits, we called to leave a message at 1030pm, Surprised, they answered the phone on a friday night at 1030pm and advised us that someone would be at our door at 8am saturday morning. So of course we called them, when we put a new system in our daughters house, then now for my moms house.

Bock Services replaced my AC system this week. In the first visit they reviewed my old system (I already knew issues from last year) and spent the time explaining me the differences in the systems they handled/installed and what they liked about each vs costs. The new system was installed the next week at my preferred day in a 1/2 day with 3 technicians, each clearly experience in the work they were performing. I have already recommended them to friends.

We needed to replace our HVAC system and after requesting quotes from multiple companies, we settled on Bock due to their quote being the cheapest and we read many great reviews online. The technician, Levi, spoke with us about what he was going to do and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. They came on time and finished the job in time and also cleaned up well! Overall, we had a great experience with Bock and would definitely recommend!

There was some concern that the system wouldn't get installed in a day. Two more installers showed up in the afternoon as there was some extra ductwork to install. Everything went very smoothly considering there were a few roadblocks that delayed them. The next day, the condensation line (water return away from the inside coils) was leaking. It made no sense to me nor to the installer that returned Saturday evening to fix it. The leak was small but troublesome. He ran a new line of 3/8 in copper and everything was good. Amazingly prompt service call on an odd situation. Very impressive effort.

Jheovany came right out to service my gas heater. He quickly found the problem. He checked with a supplier new my home. Since it was a Saturday they weren't open. He drove all the way back to his office and picked up the part and came back to fix my furnace. I would highly recommend Bock Services. Great service and value!

Bock installed a new AC system for us. From the initial contact they were very professional and knowledgeable. I had several install bids and Bock was middle of the road with pricing on the same 14 seer system and they could meet our installation date(a Saturday install). The install team was very professional, completed the work in a very timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves entirely. They did a great job with sealing and insulation of the plenums. The technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and did their work quickly. Lisa from the front office was very friendly with her communication with us. She was very through with the warranty registration and service follow up questions. We are very happy with their service.

They came out the day I called. Very professional and informative. It was on a Friday and came back Monday to complete the job. Had to go to Cleburne to get the parts. I would use them again.
