Mr. B. called in for his AC checkup. During the inspection, quite a bit of microbial growth was found on his air handler. We recommended a pull and clean of his inside unit so we could disinfect the area. With Mr. B. being a long time customer, he trusted his tech and got the recommended work done. Thank you, Mr. B!
